✓ 1/4 cup organic sugar
✓ 2 organic black tea bags
✓ Your kombucha scoby
1) Add 1/4 cup of organic sugar to 4 cups of boiling water.
2) Once dissolved, add 2 organic black tea bags and steep for 5 mins.
3) Pour into your Kombucha Jar and cool to room temperature
4) Add your Kombucha Scoby and mix thoroughly.
5) Cover your jar with a cloth, and leave to ferment in a dark cupboard for 7 days.
6) Pour, 250ml of kombucha in a glass and add 1 teaspoon of organic hemp seed oil.
