✓ 2 Cups Ripe Mango Pulp
✓ 2 Cups Organic Coconut Milk
✓ 1 Cup Water
✓ 2 ½ Tsp Nourishme Organics Agar Agar
✓ 1 Tsp Nourishme Organics Pure Vegan Yoghurt Premix
- Blend the mango pulp and coconut milk until smooth and combined.
- In a small bowl, mix water and agar agar well.
- In a medium saucepan, bring water and agar agar mixture to a boil then switch off stove.
- Add blended coconut mango mixture saucepan with premix and stir until all combined.
- Place mixture into setting dishes, allow to cool and then place in the fridge.
