If you are looking for a healthier pie crust alternative, this is it! It uses a scoby puree so you get the extra probiotic benefits in the crust while also using honey as the sweetener. Honey is full of FOS, an important prebiotic that helps stimulate the growth of multiple probiotics! It’s very easy to make and you can fill it with any pie filling that you want!
