Good size and they worked well in the last batch of red cabbage and beetroot sauerkraut I made which is still fermenting. I’d buy again.
By the third batch it was fantastic and tart like I love. I used 1 litre A2 UHT milks and half litre pouring cream. I used 4 tablespoons from the previous batch and 2 tablespoons of chicory root powder. Love love love this yoghurt 👌

I am using the chicory root powder with my reuteri ferments. Its easy to mix in. My finished product tastes great. Will carry on using this product.
