I used these capsules for the first time recently and, my mixture turned out well. The taste of the finished product is a little different than regular yoghurt, but not unpleasant. As I like a thick yoghurt, I strained mine.
Packaged well and arrived very quickly. Purchased to assist my puss with liver and kidney inflammation and inappetence after surgery. Early days but VSL has helped to relieve some of her malaise and general discomfort considerably. Within a couple of days puss is eating again and showing signs of her old self. Highly recommended.

As it was cold weather it took 6 days to finally get the ferment right. I'm still experimenting with times but mostly I leave it for 48 hours because of the cooler weather. The temperature is barely getting to 20 degrees on my bench top so I am assuming that's why it's taking a little longer. Loving how easy it is to ferment in the kerfirko.
