Current batch
Ingredients for 1500 mL
| UHT full-cream milk | 1500 mL |
| LR08 L. reuteri starter culture sachet | 1 sachet |
| Yoghurt from a previous batch (if not using starter culture) | 2 tbsp |
| Inulin (prebiotic fibre) | 3 tsp |
Amounts scale with your batch size. Tablespoons are 15 mL, teaspoons 5 mL.

Excellent sprouting jars
I am very pleased with my new sprouting jars and have never had so much germination success. They only took 4 days to reach the desired size and have kept well in my fridge for 1 week. No more mouldy, stinky sprouts!

Lovely Product
The colostrum seems clean and light. It is really easily mixed with water. Its to early to gauge how well it works health wise as I have only been using it for a short time.
