Fantastic product and super quick postage. First batch of L reuteri yoghurt turned out beautifully.
I've always sprouted with a reused jar pantihose cover and an elastic band. Now I'll never go back. So easy to rinse and repeat, no mouldy seeds and strong germination.
While on a temporary carnivorous only SIBO diet, the Smidges digestive enzymes are helping to breakdown the high meat fats. The capsule initially a bit strong and had some stomach discomfort, so then opened the capsule and only took 1/2 of the enclosed powder and then gradua;lly continued mixing all the powder into the meal.
Good dispatch , deliver,packaging,instructions,on thing that imo needs my clarity is the use/measurement of the premix. Main thing it all worked,on my 3rd batch,so all good.lLots of receipes av, give it a big thumbs up!

I love the NourishMe products although I am yet to try the Natto and Tempeh cultures. The customer service is very good. However, I find the cost of the probiotic yog product a little high, particularly when you add the postage.
Thank you for you feedback. Most yoghurt starters contain an extremely high amount of filler eg Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Lactose etc which make then seem cheap. Our Probiotic Starter Culture has a very high cfu count at 10 billion, is 100% pure bacteria with 5 strains including 2 clinically proven probiotic strains BB12 and LA5. Additionally you can use the yoghurt you make as a starter for at least 6 times before using a new packet, making the cost in use phenomenal.
Love it. The yoghurt is super easy to make and its delish.

I had never made kefir water before. I had purchased kefir dairy in the refrigerated section of my supermarket. However, I wanted to get a little less dairy in my life, so I decided I would have a go at making kefir water. I have purchased other products from this website. the test strips needed for checking hot sause not good strip same color as sause which makes it very hard to read .Good for clear liquid not food.

These seeds sprouted well and were very good to eat. We have enjoyed them in sandwiches, salads and rice bowls. It was my first attempt at sprouting and they tasted better than I expected.

Good quality lids that fit Ball mason jars. So simple and convenient to use. I am able to leave the jar near the kitchen sink as it doesn’t roll and this reminds me to rinse the sprouts and not ignore them!
I haven’t made sprouts before this, but I am encouraged to keep going as it is so easy. Also the broccoli sprouts were delicious

I’ve just started making Kefir- I did not have a jar or container that was working. I found this through a search, and the top filter part is excellent, same with the lemon juicer part for the top. love it

My L Reuteri fermented milk had virtually no flavour ,didn't turn out the same as previous container of L Reuteri. Previously had sourish taste which I found pleasant, this one just tastes like off milk. Although I used to get some separation there was none this time and looked good..I have the feeling that it just didn't work this time. I will make it again and see how it goes.
