PHGG is essential to restore a 'broken' gut

I've been taking PHGG, under my naturopath's advice, for some months to help restore leaky gut and a poor gut biome. Nourishme's PHGG is as good as any and generally reasonably priced, albeit I cannot fathom the cost of this fibre at all.
