I received my Reuter-I Pro maker , It looks very nice , I thought it was for 2 litres but only fits 1.5 litres .

Hi there, we're so glad you like the look of our Reuter-i Pro maker! We apologise for any confusion regarding the capacity - our 2L glass containers havea 2L capacity if filled completely but its good to leave a headspace. Around 1.8L would be the recommend fill volume for yoghurt making.

Reuteri- i Pro Yoghurt Maker

A very compact unit. Has worked well so far for coconut L.Reuteri. Easy to use though why do the instructions have to be in such small print?
Also considering the price of the unit and how the information regarding the correct temperature for the probiotic bacterias keeps changing with more advances, why couldn't the unit have the option to select the exact temperature number as well as the groupings of yoghurt, natto, ferment etc? That would enable the user to be more flexible with changing trends.

Does not ferment properly!

I usually make my l-reuteri in a sous vide bath but bought this to save bench space. The maker has a 100% failure rate! The preset temperature I suspect is off which is why the yoghurt never works out. I reached out to the seller and have been ignored. Do not buy this machine! Stick to a sous vide.
