I got my little kefir set and I love it but I'm going through the milk🤣 I'll have to buy a cow 🐄 😅 but besides that I love this and every night I mix my kefir with stevia to sweeten it and it's absolutely amazing. I'm just waiting for my grains to grow as I've only had them for 4 day's and I'm still waiting for them to grow, like the impatient father I am😆
I’m onto my second batch of the yogurt made from these capsules. I started with small amounts for the first batch and will increase the serve with this batch until I get to the amount Dr Davis recommended, so far I’ve not had any noticeable effects either good nor bad so will continue to build it up.

I was motivated to make milk kefir for its health benefits for my family. My body has repelled straight milk all my life so with some trepidation I second fermented some with berries and gave it a try. I have discovered my problem of the past 77 years must have been lactose intolerance (cheese and yoghurt have been fine). I am loving it. Feel great, sleep better and look forward to my glass at bedtime.
It also gives scones an amazing crumb. Endless possibilities!!!
My Kefir is easy to make and is very tasty. I use the same grains to make milk and soy kefir.
