Worked very well for me. I made yogurt following Dr Davis L.Reuteri recipe and the second batch came out excellent. In less than two weeks I already started to feel less bloated , sleep better and hopefully in time it will ease my fibromyalgia discomfort.

The product has a very earthy taste so I recommend mixing it in either juice or coconut water as it’s much more palatable. 👌🏼

I got my little kefir set and I love it but I'm going through the milk🤣 I'll have to buy a cow 🐄 😅 but besides that I love this and every night I mix my kefir with stevia to sweeten it and it's absolutely amazing. I'm just waiting for my grains to grow as I've only had them for 4 day's and I'm still waiting for them to grow, like the impatient father I am😆
I’m onto my second batch of the yogurt made from these capsules. I started with small amounts for the first batch and will increase the serve with this batch until I get to the amount Dr Davis recommended, so far I’ve not had any noticeable effects either good nor bad so will continue to build it up.
