The kefiko maker has certainly made the process easier and the jars are gorgeous on the bench. I’ve always put off making kefir but this purchase got me going. I’ve made the cheese also which was super easy and great to add to breakfasts. All in all a great product.

As always, the products are so good, I just need to perfect my skill of making Koji rice. The first attempt was failed, second, pretty good, today I am making my third batch 🤞🤞🤞.
Made a mix of GOS, Acacia Fibre and Hydrolised Guar Gum and add a heaped teaspoon to our morning tea/coffee. It has absolutely no taste or texture so it’s very easy to consume. Haven’t noticed any real difference but I am rebuilding gut-flora and hoping this is assisting.
I use every day added to my breakfast smoothie as a supplement excellent flavour and my gut loves it
